Information pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that your personal data (email), freely provided by you, will be processed by Banca Popolare Etica Società cooperativa per share, Padua, Via N. Tommaseo, 7 Owner of the processing, to follow up on your request for subscription to the informative newsletters of the GIT of Banca Etica.
Consent may be revoked at any time by using, where present, the appropriate link included in each newsletter received or by contacting the Data Controller. We remind you that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal. The provision of your data is free however, if you do not wish to provide it, it will not be possible to proceed with your subscription to the newsletter.
Data processing will be carried out by authorized personnel pursuant to art. 29 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, will take place in such a way as to guarantee security and confidentiality and can be carried out through electronic tools. The data you communicate will be kept no longer than the time strictly necessary to follow up on your request. Personal data may also be transferred to third countries, by which we mean countries not belonging to the European Union or the European Economic Area. If this happens, the Bank declares and guarantees to comply with the provisions of Chapter V of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, therefore the transfer will take place exclusively to Third Countries recognized by the European Commission as having an adequate level of protection of personal data or, otherwise, exclusively subject to the contractualisation of Standard Contractual Clauses aimed at guaranteeing adequate protection of the personal data subject to
transfer. Alternatively, the existence of one of the exceptions provided for in Article 49 of the GDPR may be assessed.
You can exercise at any time the rights recognized to you by articles 15 and following of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (right of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing, notification, data portability, opposition, not to be subjected
to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling) by contacting the Data Controller, Banca Popolare Etica, a joint stock cooperative, Padua, Via N. Tommaseo, 7. For the exercise of the rights referred to in art. 15 and following, as well as to receive further information regarding the processing of your personal data, you can go
directly to our Dependencies, or submit a written request using the form available on the Bank's website, in the "Privacy and cookie policy" section for the attention of the Data Protection Officer: DPO@bancaetica.com.
If you complain of a violation in the processing of your personal data (by way of example, the improper inclusion of your personal data on the mailing list or on the bank's website) you can make a formal complaint to the Complaints Office - Legal Advice Service - Via N. Tommaseo, 7 35131 Padua - reclami@bancaetica.com. We inform you that the deadline for replying following your request pursuant to articles 15 et seq. it is one (1) month, extendable by two (2) months in particularly complex cases; in these cases, the Bank will provide you with at least one interlocutory communication within one (1) month informing you of the acceptance of the request. If you believe that the processing of your data by the Data Controller is in violation of the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
